Cancellation or Returns

Should you wish to cancel or return an order please contact us at help@hairandbeautydepot.com or call us on 020 3475 8869 where we will be happy to help you. 

• Unless faulty, the products must be returned in their original condition, including outer packaging and unused.  
• You should return the product at your own cost to the returns address.

For returns it will take between 7 to 10 days to process the refund once items have been received.
