Royal Mail Strike Update

We have recently had confirmation of planned strike action with our delivery provider, Royal Mail. We endeavour to fulfil our orders in the quickest possible time frame. However, due to the strike action, there may be a delay in delivering some orders. Please bear with us during this time.

Free Standard Delivery

Orders placed online totalling £30 (Exc.VAT) or over qualify for FREE Standard Delivery (3-5 days) subject to stock availability and any security checks. 

 

Standard Delivery 

Orders placed online under £30 (Exc.VAT) will be charged at £2.99 (3-5 days).

 

Next Day Delivery (Excluding Weekend)

Next Day Delivery will be charged at £5.99 (Ex. VAT). Applies to UK Mainland orders placed before 2pm (GMT/BST) Monday to Thursday, subject to stock availability and any security checks. Orders placed between 2pm Thursday and 2pm Friday will be out for delivery on Monday. If Monday is a bank holiday, then the order will be out for delivery on Tuesday.

Bank Holidays / VAT Free Sales

We are still here for you over the bank holidays but please note that there are some changes to our services during this period. Check updates online during these periods.

Next Day Delivery is not available during VAT FREE promotions and during bank holiday weekends. Orders will be despatched within 2-3 working days.

When we are sending a shipment, the delivery depends completely on the shipping details entered by the customer. So if you wrongly enter any of these details, then your shipment will either be returned or it will end up in the wrong place.

Delivery times are NOT GUARANTEED - 99% will arrive when they are meant to but as parcels go through many processes before arriving with the customer, things out-with our control can go wrong. 

We accept no responsibility for late, missed, or non-delivered orders as these are carried out by a courier company on our behalf. We encourage our customers to download myDPD and Royal Mail app to get updates about their parcels. The Tracking function shows you exactly where your parcel is. And if you won't be home to take delivery of the parcel, you can simply use the redirection options to change the day or place of delivery. 

If goods are refused on delivery or returned to us as unable to deliver after several attempts, we reserve the right to deduct costs from the amount refunded or you will be charged a re-delivery fee.
